Terms & Conditions

All rates are per room, single or double occupancy and are inclusive of breakfast.
Rates are inclusive of 2% tourism levy. All rates, with the exception of rack rates for Travel Agents, are net and non-commissionable.
Due to high demand in certain months, rates will be subject to review without notice.
Full prepayment for all reservations must be received by the hotel seven (7) days prior to arrival of your clients. This guarantee can be in the form of a valid credit card, bank draft or direct bank transfer. Non-payment will nullify this agreement unless queries are forwarded in writing.
Guests may settle their hotel bills using any of the following currencies: US Dollar, Pound Sterling, South African Rand, Botswana Pula and the Euro.
Credit card facilities are available currently for Visa and AMEX credit cards only, please check with our reservations team for updates on all other credit cards.

Persons not arriving on the booking date will be charged at 100% of the reservation rate for one night.
Cancellation charges will be charged as follows:
- 0 – 24 hours prior to arrival 100% of one night.
- Extenuating circumstances will be considered and must be explained in writing.
Airport transfers can be arranged at an additional charge on request.
Children under 12 years of age sharing a room with adults are accommodated free of charge however an extra charge for breakfast will be levied.
Children between 3 years and 12 years in own room will be charged half the applicable adult rate.
